Germano Construction’s new headquarters was built near strategic arteries by Highway 440 in a commercial sector.  Project execution was within budget and on schedule. The challenge in this project was the winter conditions, which required us to install temporary heating equipment on all foundations.

Area – 8 880 sq. ft

Number of floors – 3

The work of this contract mainly includes partial redevelopment and expansion of research laboratory 3.
The building is subject to regulation of CNB 2010, article 3.2.2.75:

• The building is of “non-combustible” construction;


• The floors provide 45-minute fire separation;


• There is a maximum distance of 45 metres to at least 1 exit.
