Germano Construction completed renovation of a 72-unit building that had suffered major damage. 24 dwellings were completely burned while others suffered water damage. The project had to be completed as quickly as possible to make the environment livable and safe for its occupants.  The work was carried out in close cooperation with the insurance company and the owner.

For the Group TRAMS, Germano completed construction of a building with 94 units on eight floors and 2 underground parking lots. This project was carried out near high-voltage lines, requiring adjustment of working methods.

For this mixed residential and commercial use project, we built 28 condominium units including 4 penthouses with terraces, in the Mont-Royal district, near the station in front of Roseraie Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau park. This residential project also involved building 2 underground parking floors with a capacity of 54 cars and developing a commercial ground floor,  which housed companies such as Iris, Canada Post, SAQ, and Sutton.

The challenge: Foundations built on retaining wall at the limit of property lines.
